Institutional Trust as a Factor in Attitudes Toward New Technologies

The success of the country's innovative development depends not only on supply side (production products), but also demand – readiness population to adopt new technologies. In this article we test two hypotheses using data from representative surveys conducted in 2018 and 2020. first hypothesis is about a positive relationship between institutional trust (trust federal, regional municipal authorities), belief security personal collected by state attitudes towards technologies (in field healthcare unmanned vehicles). based assumption that perceived as guarantor quality environment infrastructure used, which are important for ensuring safety introduction use second negative medical technologies, act substitute functions person performs part his job duties.
